When Oats Studios approached Unity about making a couple of real-time shorts, my newly formed team was responsible as the ‘on the ground’ team with the Oats team. I was responsible for the day to day production support for the duration of the project. This involved participation in the technical requirements gathering, dailies review sessions and feature development to support the Oats Studios team during the production.
I also oversaw the team that created and packaged up content from the shorts for the Asset Store and wrote a series of blog posts describing the development and feature work that was involved, including:
